Don Smith
  Don Smith served in the United States Navy as a crew-member on the Trident Nuclear Submarine, USS Nevada. During this time he learned the true value of teamwork, dedication, and the ability to pay attention to detail. These were the key skills that allowed Mr. Smith to enjoy a successful business career after leaving the Navy. Now hosting his own talk show, Don and his partners have decided to help other American veterans with the same skills, start their own businesses. Tom West
  Tom West served in the United States Marine Corps from 1967 to 1970. As a squad leader during the war, he was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal and three Purple Hearts. Tom married in 1970 and raised a wonderful family in the Midwest. He joined the Marine Corps League and the Vietnam Vets after serving his country, and has been involved in many fund raising events to help fellow service members and their families. Tom is excited to be involved in this great program, so he can be a part of helping other people achieve their goals.

Quang Nguyen
  Quang Nguyen immigrated to the United States in 1975 from Vietnam at age 13. He graduated from California State University, at Long Beach with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. Highly skilled and experienced in all aspects of marketing and design, Quang is a visionary and practical strategist. He is also involved with many veteran organizations including traveling the U.S. to speak to Viet Nam Veterans. Quang and his family is currently residing in Arizona.
